We are excited to announce our Chef’s Table dinner series. We will regularly be popping up with quaint 12-14 person dinners that allow our chefs the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of their creativity.
For this Chef’s Table dinner Executive Chef, Glenn Wheeler has been inspired by the bounty's of summer and is creating a five course menu that will showcase fresh local summer produce prepared in a contemporary Mexican style.
Of course no dinner would be complete without a drink or two (or five). Unlike most of our other dinners where the beverages are usually selected first and our chefs create a menu to pair perfectly, these Chef’s Table dinners will allow our culinary masterminds to go all out. Our beverage manager will then be challenged to select or craft the perfect beer, wine or cocktail to match the flavors of each dish.
